In 2009 I hired MacGray to install washer, dryers and a VTM card system.
Every time I have called them I get the run around.
No one seems to be able to get the job done, from ordering new cards, to getting an invoice sent to me, to paying a bill. I hate it that I am being to feel like I am going to have to lose my temper every time just to get a simple thing done, like order new cards.
I loved the guy who sold me on the system, however, I see he doesn't work there anymore.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of mac gray customer care. Mac Gray needs to "good customer service. one person to handle my account, rather than every time i call i have to speak with a new person" according to poster's claims.
