Mac Gray - CUSTOMER SERVICE "TECHNICIANS" SUCK

Over a period of five+ years, it has been consistently horrible. The "technicians" and "collectors" need to get their crap together. Being disabled and weak makes it worse. It has been two weeks the machines have not worked. ALL THREE MACHINES. This service needs to step up. And before signing any "service contract", you might want to know THEY ARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED. Tell you something?
