I feel terrible because the hot water problem is because of the apartment complex Aurora Hills they have the hot water turned off when I've tried explaining to them before they've never listened. I'm glad the I was able to explain this to the service man from Mac Gray and he took his time and found the problem. He's still here working on the other issue.

After repeatedly calling to have the machine filled with new cards and getting no cards brought out to Ethan Pointe I went out today and bought a washer and dryer. To whomever Services the machines at Ethan point you no longer need to worry about it you have lost a customer and you will never regain this particular customer
