You *** suck Worst machines on the face of he planet... I am moving just because of this. In 10 months they have stolen over $70 from my family. The machine never state that they are out of order they still take your money. We call in tickets and it takes weeks for them to "fix" them... They are not really fixed they just reset them. The machines smell they are never clean. This company should be put out of business! Awful customer service awful machines! You should be ashamed as a company! I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau and I urge other people to do as well!

Card system cards-long delaying in gettting cards when ordered

I ordered cards in Jan. 2015 for and followed up on Feb. 2 with my order. I found it hadn't been placed. (this has happen before which is why I was following up) Verified Feb. 2 that order was now placed. Feb. 23. Still no cards. Called several times last week to with everyone sending me to another number to call. Really bad customer service. Everyone says it is someone else's job and they hand you off to a number that goes into a general voice mail. Running out of cards in your shop means you lose business. Not acceptable.

Put in a service call on Friday, March 20, 2015 and no one has come out to service the machines. Spoke to the supervisor who told me the technician was at another apartment close to my apartment, that technician didn't show up. Mc Gray is the worst their machines break every week, customer services sucks.

Poor Service

I am a community manager at a senior property in Charlotte, NC. It is a 3 story complex consisting of 83 units. We have a total of 4 dryers on site. As of Thursday-Feb. 5, 2015 we only have 1 of the 4 dryers working. I called the service center on 2/5/15 to let them know that the dryers were out and if they could have someone to service them before the weekend so that the dryers would not be out all weekend. Needless to say as of today 2/9/15, we still have 3 dryers out and no contact from the company as to when the dryers will be fixed. I am very disappointed with the services we have received and would be hesitant to refer their services to any other properties.

In 2009 I hired MacGray to install washer, dryers and a VTM card system. Every time I have called them I get the run around. No one seems to be able to get the job done, from ordering new cards, to getting an invoice sent to me, to paying a bill. I hate it that I am being to feel like I am going to have to lose my temper every time just to get a simple thing done, like order new cards. I loved the guy who sold me on the system, however, I see he doesn't work there anymore.

MacGray is the worst company to deal with. We have 1 laundry card machine to load money onto on our community for 4 buildings!! It has been down for weeks now. Was promised someone would be out 12-26-14 and NO ONE SHOWED UP! No one is able to do laundry and when you call customer service they either HANG UP or keep transferring you to different automated calls. They really honestly do not care about their business I hope management switches companies at this point I'd rather use quarters than deal with this. The machine literally goes out every other week and it's extremely frustrating.

Absolutely unresponsive service

Water service to my apartment complex was interrupted. All machines stopped in mid-cycle and would not automatically reset. Now in day four waiting for a tech to come and turn a key to reset them. Our town has a tech and it takes only 10 minutes to cross the entire city. Without equal the most infuriating customer service experience I have ever encountered. Looking for a new supplier now. I dare you to get anybody local on the phone. All calls roll over to centers in Texas. The local number will not let you through to anyone unless you know their name. The company directory says press "0" to reach the operator. Press it and you hear " Sorry that is not a valid entry". #%*&@

Ive lost 4.50$ due to broken machines in my appartment complex with no sign saying out of order. I called and they reunded me 5$ so i dont know who you were trying to get ahold of but they were more than happy to refund my money and add more than i lost. Im happy about that. But im pissed they cant get there *** out here and fix there *** machines and dryers that wont heat up. I also put my clothes in a dryer that didnt heat up and had tar in it as i didnt know and they offer to pick up whatever got ruined and give you the money you paid for the item. So dont doubt them too much. Just simply explain to them it took your money or whatever.

I just put $50 on my laundry card online and was given a code. I went to the laundry room and put my card and the code in. I was given an invalid code message. I called the company which I was on the phone with when I loaded my card and was told there is nothing they can do! Even the manager was an incompetent *** and I was basically told I was screwed. I will be contacting the BBB tomorrow and filing a complaint through my apartment complex. Beware, always load your card in the office and not online!!! A VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER!!!!

Faulty Card Reders

Pissedoffatmacgray 5 minutes ago My experience is the same, the card readers don't read. I was given a brand new card, I used it once, the next week my card did not work in any of the washers or dryers. I just put $20 on the card at the apartment office for a total of $23 dollars. When you call the 800 number, you get told that the card is bad. WHAT??? How did she diagnose this problem over the phone? Is she the amazing Kreskin? If I put the card back in the office card charger, it reads my card every time with the correct dollar amount on it. DON'T tell me the card is bad, it's brand new! Well we'll get someone out in 24 to 48 hours. WHAT??? Working people plan their week in advance including laundry day. Academy Place, Manlius, NY needs to dump this lame company.

The Mac Gray machines in my building's laundry room are constantly broken. It is common to pay for washers and dryers that don't work. For instance paying $2.50 for a dryer that has no hot air and then having to pay another $2.50 for a working one. Or having clothes come out of the washer dripping wet, meaning it costs about $5.00 to dry them. The last straw was when I dipped my card into the dryer and was charged $7.75 instead of $1.50 for 40 minutes. I sent three e-mails over the course of a month, and called twice, requesting a refund. The company REFUSES to respond at all. Many neighbors in my building have had the exact same experience. I think this company is a complete scam.

Sales staff was hard to reach and failed to include all washer items in shipment, customer service was non existent.

I ordered a commercial Maytag that took over two months to deliver and when it arrived the order was incomplete missing coin slide, coin box, lock , and key. I took another month of waiting until it finally arrived. After less than a year the machine broke, but since I never received a written receipt from MacGray I had no proof of purchase, thus no warranty. I tried on many occasions to contact the sales rep, Merary Ramos , but my calls were never answered and her voice mail was deactivated. I was referred to Cristian in accounts receivable, but she never answered my voice mails and her phone was never answered going straight to voice mail. I tried reaching anyone in customer service only to be referred to a voice mail that never returned my calsl. MacGray is very sales driven with no support system. It is very unprofessional business that borders on unethical business practices. I would recommend any one in business to stay clear of MacGray for the are not concerned with the customers satisfaction, they only want to make a quick sale and be done with you. MacGray has no customer support and it is almost impossible to get some thing as simple as a receipt from them. Beware of MacGray and their lack of customer support, they seem to think you need them more then they need you.
